On the 20th February 2009 I was interviewed by Philip Gardiner for his satellite TV show Gardiners World. (UK Sky Channel 200)
The show gives authors a chance to talk about their book or specialized research. Something new authors like me desperately need.
It was a new experience for me and I was a bit nervous but Phil and the other interviewees helped to put me at ease. I had been slotted in for a half hour interview but after Phil saw my book and heard a bit about my research he extended it into an hour slot.
I had brought along the small chest, the small glass vial and the Bigou Vellum and the pottery cup and anointing jar to show as well. There was an air of excitement in the studio as I retold my story how I had found them. I am not very good at explaining all the details but I think I did ok. The show will be aired at a later date so I suppose I will find out then when I view it. For anyone who wants to watch it I will post the date here when the show is to be aired.
